Delete your Tick account
You can delete your Tick account and its data at any time.
From the app
- Open Tick and go to the You tab.
- Tap Privacy and data, then Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, write to developer@lucarnould.fr from the email address of your Google account, with the subject “Delete my Tick account”. We confirm the deletion within one month.
What is deleted
Your profile, Ticks, personal photos, messages, relationships and notification tokens are deleted.
What may be kept
Circles you took part in stay available to their other members. Reports and their evidence are kept for up to 12 months for safety and moderation, and some data may be kept longer when the law requires it.
