Service and access
Tick lets you post photos tied to a time slot, chat with friends and take part in Circles. The service is only for people aged 16 or older. A Google account is required. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable.
Your content
You remain responsible for the photos, text and messages you post. You must hold the necessary rights and respect the privacy of the people you photograph. Your Ticks can be seen by your friends and, depending on the features used, by the members of your Circles. Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, harmful to others or that infringes the rights of a third party.
Safety and moderation
You can block an account and report content or a user. Reports are reviewed manually. Depending on the facts, Tick may remove content, issue a warning or suspend an account. Three active warnings lead to a suspension. You can appeal a decision at developer@lucarnould.fr.
Account and data
You can export your data and delete your account from Privacy and data. Deletion erases, among other things, your Ticks and messages; other members' Circles remain accessible. The privacy policy explains what data is kept for moderation and the applicable retention periods.
Changes and contact
If these terms change significantly, Tick will show you the new version before letting you continue. These documents are also published at tick.lucarnould.fr. For any question about the service or a moderation decision, write to developer@lucarnould.fr. These terms are governed by French law; the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
